Company culture has always been a top global priority for L’Oréal. So when they approached us to help with their employee recruitment campaign, I built a narrative that reflects what sets them apart.
As the lead writer, I researched each key value proposition and employee who would be featured in the story. Then I wrote a loose script and crafted thoughtful interview questions around their experience. Once the shoot was over, I also reviewed transcripts and footage to help the team shape a narrative that highlights the company’s commitment to empowering its workforce. The result? A campaign that showcases how L’Oréal nurtures talent and creates a lasting impact, both professionally and personally.
