We partnered with Rachel Glass, founder of Glosslab, and the culture-forward digital network In The Know to showcase Rachel’s vision of modern nail care – not just as a trip to the salon, but as a lifestyle.
As the lead writer, I led the concept development for an ‘about’ video that positioned Glosslab as a disruptor in the beauty industry. I then wrote a loose script along with interview questions aimed to bring out Rachel’s authentic voice, allowing her story and brand ethos to shine.
Through strategic storytelling, we highlighted what sets Glosslab apart: hygiene-focused, waterless services and a seamless membership model designed for today’s fast-paced consumer. The final video showcases the founder's story and empowers people to invest in themselves.
